I found the room nice and clean, and the hotel staff were all welcoming, making my stay comfortable while being just under 2 km from beautiful Gailey Reservoirs and about 3.5 km from Cannock Chase for some lovely city strolls and park views, which was perfect for my weekend explorations. I appreciated the security measures that required room keys for access, ensuring a more secure environment for single travelers like myself, but the check-in experience could be improved as navigating the entrance with roadworks was a bit tricky.

I had a pleasant stay with a clean and roomy accommodation, and it was so easy to access nearby Penkridge Heritage Centre and Cannock Chase for some delightful walking and exploring. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my time there, making it feel like a home away from home, but the restaurant could use a little refresh as it looked tired and could benefit from a good clean.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. the spacious room was a delight, and we loved the air conditioning and playground nearby. The breakfast options were fantastic too! Would definitely return!
